COMRADE

During a pandemic like COVID, hospital staff needs to dedicate time for data collection and analysis to find out the trends in the hospital and take the next steps. Taking this time away from patient care is not ideal for any healthcare system, and neither is the unavailability of medical reports or healthcare equipment.

The concept for COMRADE has risen form the same problem. Starting with a dashboard that shows the current statistics of the hospital and its patients. Maintaining the patient records and reports with a track of all the medicines a patient has consumed. It also provides hospitals with predicted future inventory requirements and introduces the concept of inventory sharing using crowdsourcing amongst partner hospitals.

This project allows for visualization of patient data, management and addition of new patients and their reports. A patient trend spotter where every data about every patient in the hospital can be analyzed and shown in interactive charts that will also show the progression of a disease in a patient.

Based on the progression of COVID in a patient, predictions for future inventory are made and the hospital personnel can take required steps to mitigate the issues.
